Little Saigon in Orange County straddles the towns of Westminster and Garden Grove. Many of its residents were refugees who fled Vietnam at the end of the Vietnam War. Today the community is known for its vibrant Vietnamese culture, including many Vietnamese restaurants. This shirt depicts a bowl of Vietnamese pho while referencing the design of the poster for the famous musical Miss Saigon.
